Gonna give myself a little slack for the holidays and not weigh in. I'm going to keep counting, and of course working out (I'm just not the same person w/o exercise), but I just eat more this time of year. I don't wanna hate myself for all of December! It's ok! So, that being said, now I really need to stop beating myself up for the crap I ate today. Tomorrow's a new day!
