Hello all! Today is my first "official" day on this site. My girl friend and I are partners in this weight loss journey. I have always done Weight Watchers so I am interested to see how weight watchers vs. calorie counting turns out. I had a good day today food wise. Still struggling to see how I need to eat 1800 calories..but I am going to try it for a week and see what happens! After finals this week, I plan on trying to hit the gyms 5x per week.

Espescially with a gym workout 5 days a week, you're going to need those 1800 calories! Just look at what is burned through sitting, sleeping etc.. maybe that will help put it in perspective? :) Im making tomorrow weigh in day for me becuase I pulled an all nighter last night, so tonite after class my butt is going to be in bed! lol .. hope your day is good!
