Day 2 of the no meat fast for this week and i actually eat less because of my schedule where I am actually in class at this very minute of 6:52PM. I am not weak but tired of sitting down. My mind is clearer for some fancy reason and I praise God. How are you doing today my FS family? info, how is the complete fast today?

Funny story, last Wednesday the 24th, my supervisor told me that she seen my potential and she is looking out for me if there is a position that I may benefit of with my talents. Oh yes, major Praise to the Lord. Ok now I am Off so I can follow this class. Good night!

inola, I finally got what you were laughing so hard about. It's about the mention of all the lemon recipes that we were having to make. Yes, I was definitely ROFL about that one! I'm running out of recipes and there is still a lot of lemon left. Keep on squeezing inola, please don't get tired now! LOL!! On another note, you shouldn't feel any adverse effects at all from not eating meat for such a short period, but I'm not sure how little you are eating. It's good to hear that you are immediately feeling better and I hope you will be strict with yourself and finish the week as you planned. You will see on my journal that I did complete the "perfect" fast yesterday and dropped almost four pounds (water) back into my range. I will try to consolidate my grip on that weight over the next few days. Keep up the good work and keep me informed if there are any new lemon recipes. God knows I need them. :-)
