Well it is Wednesday. This 100 carb or less strategy is hard. I have 7 days till the end of the month to see if it works... Did I say it's hard? At the end of the day I'm at 97 carbs.... then I review and add what I 'tasted' and it zooms up to 127-130 carbs.... Now the good side of things is they are not 'junk carbs' from processed foods. But this figure of 100 carbs a day... is that a scientifically magical number were the fat cells are released... or do those fat cells even know what 100 carbs look like. What I do know is this. day 4 of limiting carbs, and I am sleepy and tired. Drained of energy. So it must be the lower carbs.... or is it something else. and I will just blame lack of carbs for this lack of energy. See it has been REAL hot and we have been running the AC. and I KNOW that I react poorly in an AC environment. How? I am tired, sluggish and unmotivated. Now the temps are going to remain in the AC level for the next 7 days..... How is that for a Challenge. Trust the science and keep carbs down, or pile on the mashed potates and gravey with some good hashbrowns to boot! lol
