Saturday, I barely escaped Friday under my carb goal!!! It is SOOOO easy to 'carb up' and stop any potential progress. So it is 1 day at a time, and I got through 1 day, out of 2. Although I think the first day I was close, carbs were down by 50% from my average. 125 vers 250. But yesterday I think I ended at 97 carbs. I know it is working and my 'pee' stinks! And that is a sign that my body is burning through 'old stored calories' (we call that fat in my day)

Off to work today! Selling homes, doing inspections, staying away from fast food and convenience stores!
