I feel like i'm loosing the plot....

I seem to cheat everyday these days...
today a crunchie, yesterday i had butter biscuits, monday i had creamy mushroom soup - pizza roll (to distraught to list it).

Seriously feel like i'm sabotaging myself here.... aaarrgghhh

don't know when last i had a 100% week.....

Hey girl You having some "life" stuff happenin'? I find that when things get hectic at work and my schedule changes it is then when things go a bit moggy. SO basically when my routine gets thrown for a loop is when I take shortcuts?
