I'm finally settling down in my new home far away from where I grew up and far away from dear family. I love it here and wish they would all come, though it's not a very easy transition. I was not always conscious about what I've been putting in my mouth, and not very organized or energetic since i need to coach myself to be self-led, not symptom led, i.e. - "i'm too tired", baloney!!! keep a normal schedule, write a schedule and keep to it without perfectionism, sleep enough, eat properly, and I will be mucho successful!!!! FATSECRET is the 1 of the best self-help and help-each-other sites!!! love the reminders and now it's back to work. The no sugar challenge is very doable and I am sure to succeed!!!!!
