Okay time to get serious again! I am going back to induction, back to recording and weighing and all that! I am eating a low nickel diet as well as Atkins and gluten free so my food diary may look odd at times, especially with vegetables but I am gonna try LOL.
I will be drinking as much water as I can too. It helps that it is not even summer yet and it is hot!
Can I do this? Yes I can!!!

Thanks Sandy, yeah still sleeping badly which I am sure isn't helping with the weight loss. It would sure help if the earth settled down to what it was before Sept 4th LOL. Thanks for being a cheerleader!!!
