So glad to break the 160-mark! Activity and diet have been a bit of a challenge, but I've been prioritizing them, and it's nice to see the payoff!
159.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
