OK, What The Fudge! That stupid IT box on the floor showed up this morning at 163.something......That is crazy! I followed my woe yesterday and for days, weeks, maybe a month or so at least before. WHAT is happening? Yesterday was my PV day (protein plus veggies) today is P (protein) BUT I am upset, ok I know I've said and others also have said, "don't be upset with the IT box, it is just a number, you know you are following your plan, it is probably just water weight, it is your body weight shifting" yada yada YA DUH. But really, I feel like IT (box) is almost laughing at me and playing a cruel trick of the day! IT is saying; "watch, she will freak out when she steps on me, ha ha, serves her right, like I really want to be stepped on every morning at 7AM, give me a break, I'll show you! Na nah nah na nana boo boo". OK IT I called you a name this morning and it was not just "IT".
First thought (after the expletives I yelled out, freaking my cats out) was a flash back of when I was younger and a stupid diet would not do as promised, like loose 10# in 4 days, only to loose maybe 1 or 2. I would say, "well that didn't work, so it doesn't matter if I just eat a snack of candy bars, ice cream and dinner with a bottle or 2 of wine with french fries and fried fish & bucket of tartar sauce (fish is healthy right?) then pretzels, chips and ice cream for night TV snack.. ...right? Well guess not this time; number 1, I don't have any of THOSE non-foods or "not good for me" foods in the house and no cash or desire to go to the store to stock up on them, at least not right now. Also, I'll just get back to doing what I plan on doing and staying on my protein foods for today and deal with tomorrow on tomorrow. BUT I'll tell ya what, that IT box better behave tomorrow at 7AM or IT will hear more words from ME!
