Good morning friends! Today is the first day of the rest of our lives. A new start! I am finally getting in at least 10,000 steps. To my relief, my stride measure needed to be corrected in my settings. It was too long. After a drop my pattern is to grab that weight back the next day. Here’s hoping to break that pattern today.
