I'm an emotional eater which was triggered when my son-in-law died. So to help with some nervous energy, I found out that I like to walk my daughter's new dog, Samantha. I plan on taking Samantha out on a walk one three & five times a week. I think this will help lose the couple pounds that I regained back and the pounds that I want to lose before the end of the year, too. Plus, I'm going to restart my food diary tomorrow cause this helps me stay on track.
