Not thrilled about the 1 lb weight gain, but I did cheat pretty bad on the wknd. Perhaps this is the result... Also, I haven't been great with weighing/measuring/documenting food because I have been working out. I guess I was feeling like maybe it wasn't a big deal if I didn't because I would burn off any "extra" calories that I was taking in. Clearly, this isn't happening. Oh well, I will continue to be patient, continue to exercise min 5 times a week and start to document all food Mon-Thurs.
