why is it when its that time of the month you want to eat everything in the house??? i am not doing so well with my diet this week!!! ): and its really stressing me.

Well if you want to be technical, the shifting of hormones causes an increase in appetite and cravings in some people. Also a week before your period, your metabolism increases which also increases appetite. So eat small frequent meals with protein to help offset the hunger. I always want salty or chocoalte, lol! Light buttered popcorn (they have 100 calorie bags) can help offset hunger too. Exercise is also good.

i know what your feeling last week (see my posts) I gained 5 pounds while "my friend was here to visit". It was VERY discouraging, I was eating right and excerising but no matter what I did, I gained a pound every day!!!! I have finally gotten down to wear I was prior to that and lost more :) Dont give in. Reach out to your support..Weare always here for you!!!! DRINK WATER--And if you need chocolate..Skinny cow
