October 24, 2013 Thursday I did very well with watching calories, yesterday; I even had 2) bottled waters (20oz.) which is exceptional for me. It's day 28 being smoke free.....I need to continue with determination and concentrate on keeping my mindset strong. Enjoyed a baked potato and mustard greens for lunch around 130pm...still drinking water..1 (10oz) bottle- down. Had dinner about 5pm...another 1 (10oz.bottled water).
