Okay, so went on a week long drinking binges..well nine days in a row to be exact. I am not sure how I did that but I did and now its over thankfully. Of course I dont even want to step on a scale.

So finally not hungover today I did a good work out, ate reasonably well, though had a couple candies and two handfulls of chips..oh well!!!!!

I had three sausages and a fried egg for breakfast, a garden salad with sweet onion dressing and about a cup of hamburger .25 a cup of rice and some hot sauce for lunch, and for dinner six stalks of asparagus drenched in olive oil as well as steak and lemon water.

Then my snacks were a handful of chips and two jubjubs and one soda cracker and a small peice of some caramel snack..not even sure what it is but it was probably super fattening.

Anyways I am back and I worked my ass of at the gym and I am going to eat healthy on my lunch tomorrow..really starting up atkins baby!!!!!

I'm a fellow drinker so I feel like I can totally relate to your post. Sounds like what you're eating is really on target for Atkins, except for the candies and chips, but you already know that, haha. Tomorrow is a new day and I will be rooting for you! :)

Thanks princessa77....it is no easy task to stop as you know, but I am starting it out right and leaving all the junk behind! I am no longer going to be weak and give up.

I'm right there with you! Even when I do mess up, I'm starting to realize that I can't beat myself up about it. I just have to pick up and start again instead of giving up altogether.
