Alright. I've taken two weeks off and its time to get back to the diet.
Still, the lifestyle has obviously changed as I didn't gain back a ton, just a few pounds. That feels good.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
