No comment, really. Following the same physical regimen tweaked earlier: Tues-Fri, weight lifting; Mon, Pilates, and rest on Sat & Sun. Food regimen is pretty much all over the place (no binging though👍).

Excited about the USOpenTennis tourney this year and the brave 😷participants. N E W Y O R K !!!

I made a couple of interesting dishes this week but neglected to snap a shot of them before digging in😊!
229.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 100.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.4 lb a week
