I did power yoga today at home (DVD) then went to the gym for an hour - did a warm up on the elliptical machine, then weights (triceps, shoulders, chest) and crunches. I started doing 40 crunches and now I am up to 72!!! I do 4 sets, with a minute rest in between.
My boyfriend made me walk around the weight room carrying a 45 pound weight.... just to remind me how good it will feel to lose the weight!!
