225 is my heaviest weight to date (except for pregnancy which was 232). My goals for September include tracking calories/macros, drinking more water, waking up early, walking daily, exercising my butt and stomach muscles, washing my face, and flossing EVERY DAY. I don't think I'm going to weigh-in everyday; I guess I'll weigh in on Mondays?
