Good day today, watched a film, didnt have a drink even treated myself to a bag of Hula Hoops, and still only 998 cals. Another good day tomorrow I hope up for gym quite early (say 8am, back home for 9.30) and then study all morning. Possibly even go again later. I was so depressed this morning but my little lad rang me this evening and that really cheered me up. Shall I weigh in on Wednesday or not? Mmmh, not sure. No probably not a good idea go to keep the routine right. Best of luck to anyone weighing in tomorrow
