YES! First week and I've lost 4 pounds. For some reason, this is bittersweet. I should be really ecstatic inside but instead I'm almost sad I have to see these large numbers. I weigh more than I ever would have imagined. I refuse to tell anyone my real weight, as I think people would absolutely be in shock that I weigh this much. I must say, I think I distribute it quite well. Does muscle have anything to do with this?? Anyway, I know I know...the scale is going down. I should be thrilled. I'm not going to be very happy until I'm in the 140's...but I suppose I'll be there soon right?? PLEASE!! I want this so so so bad I can taste it!
