I'm back on the scene! Have two months until serious summer hits in and I need to lose at least 20 pounds by then. In it! It's all about focusing on work, and getting my mind and body in shape. Here's to a great summer...which means putting in the work now!!

I cannot believe I've lost 9 pounds in two weeks on this diet! I've been very very strict but I thought people usually lose only 3 pounds/week or so. Anyway, I've been very good...Like insanely good on it. Plus I exercise a lot....but I record it all.
This week will present new challenges. I'm beginning a new job, and am VERY nervous about temptation and cravings setting in. Plus, the added pressure of drinking socially. I want this weight off more than I want anything else...well almost. I hope I can be strong. If anyone has any tips to help stay on target, fork 'em over! I need all the words of inspiration I can get!!!

YES! First week and I've lost 4 pounds. For some reason, this is bittersweet. I should be really ecstatic inside but instead I'm almost sad I have to see these large numbers. I weigh more than I ever would have imagined. I refuse to tell anyone my real weight, as I think people would absolutely be in shock that I weigh this much. I must say, I think I distribute it quite well. Does muscle have anything to do with this?? Anyway, I know I know...the scale is going down. I should be thrilled. I'm not going to be very happy until I'm in the 140's...but I suppose I'll be there soon right?? PLEASE!! I want this so so so bad I can taste it!

I'm so happy I found this site. This is a great support network! I just started WW a few days ago and am determined to make this the last time I have to "start a diet." I'm really sick of thinking that if I were only thinner, x, y or z would happen. Or just feeling like that's the only thing holding me back. It's a horrible and ridiculous feeling. I need the confidence. I need it back again! Here's to day four, strictly adhering to it with one day of pilates and two days of spin. I'm on a roll...
