We are moving into my busiest time of year and this year, I am adding an anniversary collection to the usual Autumn / Halloween lineup.
So much work.
Historically, this is the time of year that I go off the rails. I usually justify it with, "I'm so busy!" "I'm too tired to work out/ cook/ eat like a normal person." I realized last month that all of that is valid. But it's still not healthy. So I'm working on balance this year.
I'm holding steady at 132.2.
I spent a lot of time at this weight once upon a time and I think it's a weight that my body is familiar with and comfortable with.
Thank goodness August is almost out with it's tyrannical and unrelenting reign of heat and misery.
I've missed a lot on here and hope you guys are doing well.
