Not a great weigh in today on the pure weight measure BUT (and this is why its good to do the body composition analyser) there are positive, % fat down to 22% (from 24%), fat mass down nearly two kilos. I think what happens is your body panics and then settles down to urning the fat. I'm going to keep going and see what happens next week. I'm still heading for my target, just need a good week to boost confidence
