I have been sick with a cold / flu so I have not exercised. It sure help to keep weight off when you exercise. when you do not exercise for over a week it sure helps to put it on. I am lacing up my shoes and off to the park I go.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
