So I think I'm going to update my picture soon. The one I have up is definitely my "fat" picture. Well, I could put up some really bad ones from my sister's wedding.. but... I'll pass. I think for fun I'll try on the bridesmaid dress tonight and see how much better it fits. Two pairs of my jeans are so big now that I can take them off and put them on without having to unbutton or unzip them. Lol. However, all the other jeans are still too small... I need new clothes! Or at least a belt until I lose another 10lbs.

Hooray for needing a belt! I kind of wish I had kept my biggest pair but I was so happy to be a size down that I decided to throw it away. I wish I had kept it so I could put it on to see how far I've come. I have some skinny jeans that don't fit yet, but I know I'll get there soon. You will too. Keep track of inches lost as well as pounds, it makes a difference. Maybe get one new pair to hold you over.

That's awesome! Soon enough you'll be able to hold up your old jeans and shock people like in the Subway commercials!

thats a great attitude. when you feel you are stuck in a plateau or struggling to lose (as you mention last week i think) remind yourself that you have come far already and how much better it feels to have done so. it really helps to keep you going!
