only consumed 546 calories today.. surprising for me to eat so little. I've been so tired today. Did a little grocery shopping and have just been too tired to feel like eating. I really hope I can get a good nights sleep tonight.

I wish you a good solid sleep and when you wake up you must eat to get your metabolism going oh hypothyroid one! I read somewhere that we are supposed to eat within 30 mins of awakening. Good luck babe.

I hope you had a very restful night! It's hard to eat right when you're exhausted. Have a great day!

Ah yes, rest is critical! ;) Try to get a little nap in today and see how you feel then, too. :)

not much sleep again last night. Still dragging around, no exercise these days, I just don't have the energy for it. Staying busy with little tasks and jobs around the house because if I sit down I start to fall asleep...need to save that for bedtime (hopefully). lack os sleep is showing up in my attention to things...yesterdays calorie count I wrote about was wrong..I forgot to enter the salmon I had for supper. I still wasn't very hungry and still not today, although I have eaten more. Interesting though, in the past when I was tired I would eat lots of bad foods and gain weight. Now there are no bad foods in this house anymore and I am not eating like I did before when I was tired and grabbed the cheese and crackers. I never thought I would ever have a day when I was too tired or lacked the ambition to want food!! This is an amazing discovery for me! Maybe i really am changing into a person that doesn't turn to food for comfort! that would be quite a breakthrough for me

Sometimes a couple of tylenol, motrin or asprin will relax me enough to get past a period of insomia. Or maybe its a placebo, I don't know but it works and is physically harmless. I hope you do better tonight.

Relax, don't make yourself sick; the HOLIDAYS are coming! Eat healthy foods. Maybe a nap wouldn't be such a bad thing afterals. Not a long one, just a power nap after the chores are done. It may just be what you need. You know best what's best for you, feel better soon.
