Well another sleepless night. Sofa was not any better than my bed, except the TV meant my moaning, groaning, and grunting, weren't the only sounds in the room. It's 11 a.m.,and still no call from my Dr. I'll be calling his office, if nothing by 1pm. I'm suffering and hardly able to concentrate on my work, so if I don't hear back today, I will be taking a Dilaudid tonight cuz I can't this anymore. My thoughts of working around the house at 3 a.m. to help me sleep didn't work any better than my previous attempts at meditation, aromatherapy, stretching, burning incense,PT exercises within pain tolerance, eating, or drinking Good Night Tea.
I appreciate everyone's suggestions, and well wishes, but we're now at the 2 month mark and I'm done with this pain and zero sleep!
