Okay so I came home tonight to a big pan of Mac N Cheese.....HOMEMADE! I should have just slathered it on my butt....but ate 2 big servings....Couldn't help it....been depriving myself of carbs...It was good! So I went for my walk afterwards and decided to run a little and ran farther then I thought I would. I hope everyone else is doing good.
