I was toying with the idea of taking the week off of food tracking, this week is crazy busy for me, so I figured I needed a break.

However, I have changed my mind, I need to track even more during a busy time, so to stop over eating before I start. Besides, I may have to enter a gain tomorrow because of lacked tracking all weekend.

Besides, I may need to take a break from tracking later on, for example if a get the flu, I'll be in bed, not on the computer and not on my Blackberry!

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 November 2010:
1449 kcal Fat: 45.97g | Prot: 82.10g | Carb: 181.51g.   Breakfast: Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Just Right. Lunch: tomatoe, Miracle Whip, romaine, peameal bacon, whole wheat bread. Dinner: chicken breast, Broccoli, chicken drumstick, hash browns. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Covered Caramel with Nuts, Lowfat Fruit Variety Yogurt, Half and Half Cream, Mandarin Oranges, Bananas. more...

Good for you, I know how tempting it can be, sometimes I am shocked at how many calories I consume even though I know pretty much what is in most things I eat daily. When I go to visit the parents I always think I am close to calorie count for the day, when I finally put it in black and white I am usually wrong. Try and track as close as possible the day before and if you go a little over it won't be such a shock. Good luck being busy can be the one thing that is the hardest for all of us to deal with during calorie counting.
