Ok, I am not changing my weight today, but I have been real bad the last couple days. Sort of went on an eating binge and ate every bad thing in site, went out to eat and picked the worst things. This morning I decided to face what I had done and step on the scales (which I have been avoiding). I could not believe how much it said I had gained... has to be impossible to gain that much in a two day eating spree!! I am going to wait and weigh in at the end of the week on Friday for Cruise challenge. The good thing is that I came back here to start journaling my food again, to start getting my exercise in again and to face what I have done. I simply do not believe that the gain is as big as the scale is telling me this morning. Maybe a lot of water retention from the bad food choices? Sure is making me work harder for a better number on Friday! It doesn't seem fair that two days off program would do this!! Not fair at all! Talk about paying the piper!

I know what you mean! I am in the middle of an eating spree. I am not listening to the wise voice inside myself.....But we can fix this, I know we can!

Let's do it Simavision, lets do some damage control ASAP!!! I just cannot believe the damage of two days of uncontrolled eating! I have to get this under control and work extra hard now. I refuse to let my team down and have a gain that could wipe out several weeks of losses.

It sounds like you are back on the right road already. This is only a temperory weight gain and you will be right back on track in no time. Tomorrow is another day. We all go through that now and then.

I'm pretty sure it's water retention. Drink lots of water, eat a little less today and exercise...you'll be back down tomorrow, I bet!

Yes-what JulieC says! I am sure it's all the salt and unnatural stuff. I have been out of control too-the lost "brownie" weekend, say no more. I gained 2 lbs as of this morning and am drinking tons of water and taking my dirt shake and barf brew to get things moving again (if you no what I mean, eww, lol).
Hang in there-this too shall pass. Once more into the breach my friend. Strap on your helmet and let's get back to the front lines.

It's a darn shame that the food that tastes SO GOOD is SO BAD for us. I wonder IF veggies were bad for us and junk food was good for us if we would endulge in the veggies instead of the junk! :)

You ladies!!! I just love you all! Common Jeanelleas, get up, brush yourself off, and go again!!
You could not possibly let me down. Look at you and all the progress that you and I'm Luvd have made, I look at the two ya and am awed! You continue to make progress, are a constant motivator, provide the most encouraging of words, and you my dear know better than anybody, what is a day or two once a month compaired to a life time of choices?? Fall off a day or two - good for you, three or four - ehhhh, don't do it any more! Stormi

Yep, dust off, get up, chin up and back to it! You know the routine... One day, one meal, one bite at a time! You'll be back down in no time. I do the same, if I cheat... I am not looking too good! lol

I had a big drop this morning.. not as big a drop and the gain that surprised me but still a very respectable drop. Goes to show how what we do even on a daily basis is so important in how it affects the scales. I am so tired today that food is the last thing on my mind. Im in another sleep deprivation mode and its so hard to get back on track. Being tired makes it difficult to want to cook healthy and make good choices. I did get to the market to buy some fresh veggies so will probably just have salmon and cauliflower tonight...easy enough! I am determined to try my best not to have a gain show up on Friday for cruise weigh in deadline. Thanks everyone! You're enouragement and advice is always good for me.

Great news on the drop-gosh I hope I am not far behind. I am sorry you are in sleepless mode. We have that in common too. I hope you get a break and some sleep soon. Yum-cauliflower sounds so good right now....putting out the sleep vibes towards you, so make sure to catch them.
