I love that show!! I saw it years ago. It's funny because at the time I was a long-distance runner, and watching this would motivate me to run on cold mornings. Now, I'm the one needing to loose a lot of weight. Ugh! I wish the show didn't end.

@BigBonedButToned wow! thanks for sharing. What 'was/is eating you' that you ended up gaining alot, did you get injured? I have a long way to go still but am down to size 18 from 26 just since midJune2020👍😁

miscarriage after 7 months and job related stress. Just the chemicals and hormones of being pregnant really whipped into a 360. Just wasn't expecting the demands and the hormones. Even after. It took years to get to my regular self, and I don't think I really have.

Yes, but seems still at a 'bump & run' kind of stage... losing a lot and gaining a lot swings like my body is trying to decide whether this is real or not.
Sorry to hear of your loss; must've been devastating especially after 7months and all. Hope you find all the right foods to settle your hormones into normalcy.
It's 1a.m.+ & I'm tempted to eat a bag of microwave popcorn. Just looked online for now long it takes to digest it, LOL! all kinds of responses from 45minutes to 5hours... And the photo I posted has me leaning toward waiting to have it for breakfast... Not sure I'll have the willpower though😒
