Coverack's Journal, 18 November 2008

Well I'm back and after reading the struggles of my fellow SB'ers it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one finding it hard at the moment.

But I do look back on a year on the SB and at almost 20lb's lost I do feel good about that.

I've set myself a revised target of 171lb's as I felt comfortable at that weight and will be trying to lose four pounds by Christmas.
