First day of my diet, I really want to lose the 60 pounds by June, so I'm going to track my food intake. Stop eating cause I'm bored, and exercise every night before going to bed. Today I have done well, but it was the first day, and I came home, so I could eat well tonight. The rest of the week I have to work at night so I will have to watch the fast food intake.
