Here we are : Day 1. I have prepared myself and feel confident that this is doable! I'm on my low day so Its 500 cal or less :) Protein Shake, and water:) I was running late this morning, so my intended workout didn't workout.lol It was my fault, my bed was so wonderful I didn't wanna ruin it. But I will just workout this evening after class, I will get my 30min workout in today! I feel Great and rather excited for my journey! Have a Beautiful day Everyone!
