Still in the saddle, of course!

Just finished my pilates (modified!) and about to eat this (see photo), ground, jumbo elbows, baby spinach, green bell pepper, & colby jack👍😁, w/Ragu to help.

235.1 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 106.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
