Good day today, no drinks, good trip to gym (not mental) and good on food even allowed myself some treats (you'd be amazed how nice a ryvita with some cheese on can be). Last night a bit of problem steak and chips for dinner and plenty red wine. BUT still good weekend compared to last week. Six days to go to weigh in. Noticed on my print out from yesterday that I seem to be permanently dehydrated, my % fat just stubbornly won't go down, so this week its a big push to burn fat, not really about weight loss this week just getting the percentages nearer to being right.
