Well the weekend weight gain was only 3/4 lb, but I really gotta stop doing that! I didn't manage to get a run in Saturday because I had to make 2 trips to the grocery store, & I literally shopped until I dropped. Sunday was a little better, I at least managed to do my weight exercises. But since my husband was going out of town I decided to make him a key lime pie. I tried this recipe with yogurt & gelatin and it was AWFUL, so I ran out & got some condensed milk & made it the old way. Tasty, but super high in calories & sugar. I really need to find a better recipe, at least one lower in sugar! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!😊
