Ok, I've been very aware of what I have been putting in my mouth, trying new recipes and attempting to snack during the day to where the hunger doesn't build to the point that I'm starving and just eat whatever to make my tummy shutup. Tomorrow my diet/workout regamine offically start, I know I can do this :)
