I had been so excited to lose 2 pounds about a month ago...and here, I've gone and gained it back. Yes, I did sneak a few extra goodies during Halloween, which I shouldn't have at all. Plus with all the extra walking I do with my job now, I can't seem to get up the motivation to get on the treadmill at night. I get home, tidy up a bit, get supper ready, watch news with hubby, do research and reading for my job, try to get things in order for the next day and then, zonk...I'm in bed. Somedays, I'm so wiped I can hardly do anything in the evening. I gotta do something though - I can't go back to where I was. And first thing is to get back on program by exercising and being more diligent about the point counting...and I have to get back here...see what happened to me when I was being lazy all around????? Not good.

dont be too hard on yourself!! Maybe making dinners and freezing them will help with time in the evening...and instead of the treadmill do something you enjoy (dancing, karate, tae boe) get creative and keep moving forward..

I find that I do much better on the elliptical than on a treadmill. And it is easier on the joints also. But I just discovered spinning (just by chance – the gym class I wanted to go to was cancelled and a spinning class was just starting ….). I know spinning seems intimidating but it is not. You really work at your own level and speaking of workout – this is the one that will help you loose weight or maintain. I love it!!!

You can do it! Get back to the basics on your eating and sneak in the exercise where you can.

Pick yourself up, shake yourself off and start all over again!
