As wicked Wednesday #1 comes to a close...happy to report I made it! If I recorded portion correctly, I ate 400 calories on my fast day. There were tough moments, but I did not get shaky at all! Even through my hour walk. Must be in solid ketosis. Taking my second walk now, shower, bed. Tomorrow I eat. I hope to keep this up on Wednesdays and make Thursday my weigh in day. Right now I am weighing daily...too much I think. Weigh in on morning after fast seems like a good plan. My body fat reading is dropping steadily, even days the pounds don't budge, which is wonderful to see.
