Did well this weekend food and exercise wise. Wearing another pair of pants I could not wear at start of school year. Wish I could lose the tummy! Hate the fold of flab over the waist of all my clothes. How do some moms manage to get their flat tummy back? I don't need to have a bikini body, but would love to be able to tuck my shirts in again. I see progress everywhere in my bodybut not there! I find it quite embarrassing. Hopefully it will shrink when closer to goal weight. Pilates exercises help to strengthen my core,just not seeing the toning!

Great weigh in today! Seeing that needle head south starts my day with a little skip. Wearing a pair of black cords I could not manage the last time I tried. Look out skinny jeans...here I come! Visualizing those jeans when I am walking...they are sort of my light at the end of the long tunnel of walking.

Weigh in Wednesday, no loss despite keeping diet perfectly and walking 2 or more times daily. Bummer. I will weigh again as soon as my period ends. Last month I gained during my period and dropped when it was over. Having faith the scale will be my friend in a few days.

Walking everyday seems natural now. Challenging myself to get as many walks in as I can. I went this morning, painful shin splints made it unpleasant. I did a 30 minute walk after I got home from work and fed the kids, a third walk before bed with my husband. Shins felt fine this evening..thank goodness. Keeping calories and carbs down every day. Super sleepy!
