I'm on day three of having quit caffeine entirely. I feel absolutely miserable. I will freely admit, I am a caffeine junkie and have been since I was 16. Some people have cigarettes, some have alcohol, but me, it's my Monsters and my Bangs. On a good day, I'd just have one in the morning, but on a bad day, if I had too much to do after work or I was feeling really run down, I would have a second one in the afternoon. Hello insomnia!

I do notice a difference though. I'm getting better sleep and I feel much more motivated in the afternoons after work to do things. Plus without all the added chemicals and sugars, I'm sure I'll start losing more weight. I just wish the headache and the nausea would go away.

oh i know how you feel!! i lived off mountain dew, drinking around 4-5 cans a day. its been 10 days without and i still feel the side effects! i wish you the best of luck!!

Let me tell ya, I understand! I loved caffeine too until it started making my heart skip a beat! I would get headaches, high BP, anxiety, & had trouble staying sleep through the night. plus it seem to make me hungrier than normal. So I quit about a month ago and I haven't looked back. I have no cravings. I feel so much better!
