Today I started doing my diet seriously again because I fell off completely. I havent gained any weight but the point is to loose weight! plus I will be 26 years old this wednesday, I want to atleast loose 3-5 more lbs. I had to fight myself literally because I wanted to eat some reeses ice cream, That was so hard to fight the urge....I just want to get to my goal weight thats all. Im even willing to try new veggies so I wont get burned out on salads!

You can do it! Good on you for not eating the icecream! Way to go!!!!! Have you had brocolli/cauliflower mash with butter? Yummy!

no I havent tried anything other then cabbage, brocolli, green beans, and salad but now I willing to try new things because I really want to achieve my goal of 180! I never really tried other veggies because they dont look appealing..lol

I just got off the scale and Im not shocked to say that I actually did gain weight I was down to 221 now I am up to 228, and I cant even feel it,wow. Should I go walk around the apartment complex? just walk not brisk or run, just walk? What do you think?

if you are weighing yourself at night your weight will flutuate 5 pounds due to water you should only weigh first thing in the morning

peek away if you need anything just holler i am on induction still be we started out about the same i was 225 starting and am down to 183 as of this morning started at size 22 and if they are stretch fit jeans lol i can fit in a 12! i am just tickled to death with atkins but mostly this site i live on here lol i think it was laurie that said we were all going to have butt sores from sitting on here looking through every thing so much advise and encouragement on here! i have never been successful but this time i am doing it! but i got to say the first 40 seemed a lot easier than this last 30

Hey Queeshia, welcome back. If you need anything just let any of us know....there are so many awesome people on this site. Atkins is wonderful....but much like RH, I ahve to say that the first 40 were easy, then last 30 a little more difficult, but it just proves our mettle when we persevere!!! As for your exercise, just do what you feel you can. Walk as fast asyou are confortable with trying to get to the point where you can talk, butnot hold a conversation without getting winded. Start slow and work up. A great device is a simle pedometer. It will track your steps through out the day, and your goal should be 10,000 steps. So get one, put it on and seee where you are on a normal day, and then try to add steps every day until you get to 10,000. Walking and tracking steps is a great start, and then add exercise as you feel ready to add them! Good luck, and if you need us, holler!!!

I have a pedometer on now, Im going to put it on first thing in the morning to track my steps, I thank you guys everyone is inpiration! and you go girl fitting in that size 12!!!!!! Im was wearing a size 18 I probably wear a size 16 but I want to get into a size 12 also! I know shopping will start to feel fun but as for now I still shew away from shopping! thanks for the support! and I will holla when I need to, Im going to start recording and journaling everyday!

the more you do the easier it is ! oh and plan out your day in the morning then you will have an idea of how your day will play out then at the end of the day you can change anything you switched around
