Sausage Queen's Journal, 12 November 2008

Today is offically the jump off date for my diet. Really it simply will be a portion control diet. I am going to mainly cut out fried foods and eat healthier snacks. I am going to also increase my physical activity during the week.

In the morning when I wake up I need to be determined. I accepted the challenge to lose at least 10 pounds by Christmas. I believe this to be a reasonable goal. Gotta shed those pounds to make room for some delicious egg nog.

I think if I increase Singstar activity then that could be a form of exercise. You would understand if you would see the way I get into the music. Especially if you try and mock the dances on the music video. It will wear you out....but it is a blast.

Anyway I am going to need to get a good nights rest so I can face the work world in the morning.
