Began my workout routine on Monday, followed through Tuesday. I plan to stay committed to the routine for a few months. On another note, my diet has been getting better, but not elite.
158.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
