Everyone please send good vibes my way! I'm in the process of trying to become a surrogate and to finish my medical clearance they want me to lose 20lbs so I'm gonna do my best to do it as quickly as possible!

Wow! That's wonderful! What's working for me is low-carb. I lost 16 lbs. the first month. After that my weight loss slowed down to a much more "normal" rate, but it's been pretty steady ever since. Besides, you'll want to eat plenty of protein for the baby. :) Hope this helps!

I see from your profile that you have 2 kids, so you don't really need any advice from me about a healthy pregnancy. :) So I'll just cheer you on!
