Woo-hoo! I did it! I haven't weighed in for a while - as I mentioned in previous journals, I haven't been too quick to get back on my exercise regime. Well, I woke up & thought, ok-you have to check some day...and what a nice feeling-my goal weight. I did do a long fitness ball workout Saturday, and my legs are sore today. I am so positively motivated by reaching a goal, I am sure I will do my pilates/yoga tonight. Thx,Pking for your support while I've been fading here:)
