May I ask... What kind of sports and training do you do? daily? weekly? I'm really curious, and perhaps you can give me some ideas.......

I cycle 14ish miles a day, 5 days a week

I do cycling about once a week between 5-10miles. Also kettlebell about 2 to 3 times a week . the best thing about kettlebells is you only need a 20min session to strengthen muscles x

4 mornings a week I get up in the morning and go for a run used to be 6 when the gyms were closed, I get up at 4:45am and do 60 pushups each day and a 10 minute core workout 4 days a week, at least 3 days a week I do 30 minutes Cardio in the gym followed by 45 minutes weights , 3 times a week I do a Calisthenic workout which is using body weight pull ups etc... Gym training / callisthenics is in the evening, I’m also in bed no later then 9pm which is the most important part personally for me all the above can change depending on circumstances apart from the 9pm bed time and I try to make sure I have one day rest also my step count can be between 10,000 to 14,000 steps a day and I record nothing.

5 times a week about 30 to 45 min aerobic calisthenics (warm up + lower body and core excercises + stretching) combined with 10 min of HIIT with resistance bands (2 muscle groups per day 5 series x max 10 reps each as heavy as possible)

4 days per week. All weight training, I do not run. I do not do sit-ups or crunches. Lift heavy, lift often, watch the food. simples :)

I keep meanking to do weights but I guess I should build it up slowly, it's all veryn inspiring, I hope to be as well trained as when I was doing martial arts....one day.....
